INFORMATION REGARDING REDUCED SERVICES DUE TO COVID-19:
The health and well being of our patients, clients and staff is of the utmost importance to us. In the face of ongoing and increasingly strict recommendations to adhere to social distancing recommendations we have had to make changes to our hours and operating procedures at this time. These changes will take effect on Wednesday March 25 and continue until further notice.
We are trying to remain open to care for your pets. We are currently experiencing significant staff shortages. In addition to that, we have found that due to the very small nature of our space both in the reception area and in exam rooms it is near impossible to maintain the recommended distance from other people even at less busy times. As a result, for the safety of all, we are adopting a “pets only” policy for appointments and the clinic in general, at this time. We will remain “doors closed” to clients and will request that any pick up of medication or food be arranged ahead of time over the phone. For paying your balance, we can accept credit card payment over the phone. Please take advantage of this as much as possible so we can minimize the need for anyone to come inside.
We are here to do what we can to help our clients that are not able to leave their homes. If your pet requires veterinary care or you require advice of any kind without bringing you pet in, please call the clinic.
